George’s Experience with Electronic Cigarette In this post I am writing about a person whom I met in a public park. Smoking Cigarette in Public Transports I have shared a lot of information about electronic cigarettes in my blogs. But I have seen that many people still have some confusion that whether e cigarettes can be smoked in public places or not. I got some mails and comments in which people asked me that smoking electronic cigarettes in public places are allowed or not.
